VW has announced that it will begin fuel savings modifications on all VW Golfs using wild boar dummies. Any one interested in this fuel savings upgrade can get it at no cost. Once the car is hits a wild board crossing the street the need for gas will go down to zero, since the car will be totaled, think of the savings. VW is also thinking about sharing this fuel savings technology with other car manufactures.

Watched a documentary a while back about how the U.S. is being overrun by feral hogs, especially in the southeast. They believe they've cross-bred with imported Siberian hogs that escaped from a farm and are reaching unbelievable sizes. Then one day, while riding the motorcycles, we passed half a boar on the side of the road. It must have been an 800-pound hog when whole, I can't imagine what would have hit it and survived...had it been us on the bikes, we would have been goners.
